Your puppy comes with a health guarantee, current vaccinations, and deworming schedule.
In consideration of a payment of $_______ of which $____ is the deposit. Seller assigns Buyer the puppy and guarantees that said puppy will not be sold to any other party other than the Buyer. The portion of the deposit taken and known as Surety of Action shall be applied to the purchase price.
All our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.
A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 48 hours of delivery. If there is a problem, Buyer must obtain a written statement from their vet on office stationary and signed by their vet for Seller's records. It must state health risks and include a description of the symptoms supporting their opinion to validate this guarantee. Any vet bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given. There will be no cash or credit refunds. We offer replacement puppies only. If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery, we, the Seller, assume no further responsibility.
This puppy has been treated against internal parasites. This puppy has received preventive vaccinations for kennel cough, canine distemper, parainfluenza, and parvo virus. This guarantee does not cover kennel cough, coccidia, and giardia which are common in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by a bacteria present in all puppies. These are not considered life threatening ailments and a full recovery can be expected easily and inexpensively.
This puppy is a live animal. Like all live species, environment, nourishment, exposure, neglect, abuse, stress, disease, climate changes, and genetics are conditions that may or may not affect the short or long term health of this puppy. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors--allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and of autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Seller does not warrant any circumstances or conditions affecting the short or long term health of said puppy that is out of their control.
Buyer understands that the following slight genetic defects are not considered serious or life threatening and therefore are not covered: umbilical hernia, undecided testicle, under/overbite. Buyer understands that replacement option is only valid when health problems are attributed to a hereditary problem that is LIFE THREATENING and not due to accident or contagious and/or other illness. Buyer understands that any and all guarantees expire when the puppy reaches one year of age.
Also this guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 10 days of purchase.
If Buyer qualifies for a replacement puppy, Buyer must return all registration papers that are signed and transfer the puppy to us. Puppy must be returned in good condition!
If Buyer qualifies for a replacement, Buyer can choose a new puppy of equal value if one is available. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping of a new puppy. Seller will not be held responsible for further costs.
If Buyer chooses a puppy of greater value then Buyer is responsible to pay the difference.
Our puppies are sold as Pet Quality Puppies. We do not guarantee your puppy to be able to sire or whelp puppies. There is no way we can guarantee the color or size of a puppy now or as an adult.
